Refunds (if applicable)

We now offer Route Protection. We reccomend this for ALL orders especially large orders. It automatically will be in your shopping cart at checkout. If you choose to take it out of your cart, your order/package will not be protected with full coverage. UPS and USPS only insure up to $100 unless you pay extra to insure more. We also recommend purchasing the signature required option for delivery on ALL large orders. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We WILL NOT REFUND ON LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES. You must file a claim with the carrier if you have any of the above issues.

We currently don’t accept any returns on any items unless the product is defective. 

We do not issue refunds as our Crystals are usually one of kind, meaning we don't always have doubles of the same item. Crystals carry energies and once it is in your posession it is now yours to keep.

We take false claims, and scams VERY SERIOUSLY! If this is your thing, DO NOT SHOP WITH US!
