Shipping policy
Orders are fulfilled once they are received unless they are a custom order. Please allow 2-4 business days for fulfillment and 5-7 business days for shipping! Custom orders will be shipped as discussed with the customer. Please know that Witchy Gypsy Gems is ran by Two Sisters at TWO different locations. Some orders may come in TWO packages. Please contact us with any questions!
Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.
Shipping
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
